How to Reach Our Bangladesh Support

When something needs a human answer, you should not have to dig for it. Our support handles wallet verification questions, deposit references that don't show up, and login trouble, and we ask for your account details and the wallet transaction ID up front so the reply is useful on the first pass. Keep your bKash or Nagad confirmation SMS handy before you message us.

Team online

Account and wallet help

Message us with your registered wallet number and the transaction ID. We check the deposit against your account record and tell you what we see, without asking you to resend the same details twice.

Login and access

Locked out after a phone change? Tell us the number on the account. We walk you through the OTP step and confirm which device is currently tied to your login.

Game and lobby questions

Unsure how a crash multiplier settles or where a live Teen Patti table sits? Ask and we point you to the exact room rather than a general menu.

rk1971 A Lobby Shaped Around Your Wallet

A Lobby Shaped Around Your Wallet

We built this page because most people we talk to want one thing answered first: how does money move here? So here it is, plainly. Your account wallet is the centre of everything on rk1971. A bKash deposit starts in the bKash app you already have open, not in a bank queue, and the same path works for Nagad and Rocket. You

send to the account number our cashier screen shows you, confirm with your PIN, and the balance appears in your wallet before you pick a table. Withdrawals go the other way through the same wallet, and we check the request against your account details before it leaves, which is why we ask you to keep one wallet number on file rather than

switching between several. The lobby behind that wallet holds live tables from Evolution, slot titles from Pragmatic Play and PG Soft, plus cricket markets during BPL and international series. Some titles show RTP where the provider publishes it, and we don't put a number on screen when they don't

HOW WE OPERATE

The Standards Behind Our Desk

You are handing over money and expecting it back, so the way we handle your account matters more than any slogan. Four things we hold to across the desk, on every request, large or small.

One wallet per account We tie withdrawals to the wallet number you funded with, which stops a payout going to a stranger's bKash or Rocket account by mistake.
Checked withdrawals Every withdrawal request is matched against your account details before it is released. If something does not line up, we ask before moving anything.
Published where providers allow RTP figures appear only on titles where the studio or provider exposes them. We do not fill gaps with invented percentages.
Local law first Access depends on your local law and eligible regions. If the lobby is not open where you are, we would rather say so than take your deposit.

Questions People Ask Before Joining

These are the things that come up most often at our support desk, answered the way we would answer them on the phone.

It is a lobby for live tables, slots, crash games and a cricket-led sportsbook, held together by one account wallet. You fund it from bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay and use the same balance across every section.

Open your bKash app, send the amount to the account number shown on our cashier screen, then confirm with your PIN. Your balance updates in the account wallet and you can head straight to a table.

Yes, and we send it back through the wallet you funded with. Your request is checked against your account details first, so keep the same Nagad or Rocket number on file rather than switching between wallets.

No download is required. The full lobby, including live tables and the sportsbook, runs in your phone browser, and your account opens on desktop with the same login details whenever you switch screens.

Live rooms such as Baccarat Viproom, Teen Patti Fast Hand and Dragon Tiger, slot titles from Pragmatic Play and PG Soft, crash rounds like Aviator, plus cricket markets during BPL and international series.

Inside the game, because it is the studio that publishes it. Where a provider exposes the figure we show it, and where they do not, we say nothing rather than quoting a number we cannot back.
